This package is pickup only in Independence, Iowa. Delivery is not offered at this time.

Customers are responsible for loading and transporting rental items. Due to the size and quantity of tables and chairs included, a truck, trailer, van, or large SUV is strongly recommended.

Bundle Pricing Notice

Bundle deals are not available for rentals booked within 7 days of the event. Last-minute rentals must be booked at regular full pricing.

If your event is within 7 days, online booking is not available. Please contact us directly to check availability and complete your rental manually.

Last-minute rentals are not reserved and pickup times are not confirmed until payment is completed. Payment must be made online before items are released. No cash or checks accepted.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Rental items must be returned reasonably clean and free of excessive dirt, food, tape, decorations, spills, or debris. Minor cosmetic scuffs from normal commercial use may be present and do not affect safety or function.

Loss & Damage Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all rental items from pickup until return and inspection. Missing or structurally damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.
