Customer pickup is available in Independence, Iowa. Indee Party Co. serves Independence and surrounding Eastern Iowa communities with affordable tables, chairs, and event-equipment rentals.

Customer pickup can be booked online. Delivery and setup for qualifying orders must be arranged manually by call or text: 319-332-2985.

44-GALLON WHEELED GARBAGE CAN

Large wheeled garbage can for graduations, weddings, parties, reunions, and other events.

PRICE: $10 TOTAL FOR A RENTAL OF ONE TO FOUR DAYS - NOT $10 PER DAY.

EACH RENTAL INCLUDES

• One 44-gallon wheeled garbage can
• Three black 55-gallon contractor-grade trash bags

Additional trash bags may be purchased if needed. The garbage can must be returned empty and reasonably clean.

4. Complete checkout and pay the 40% booking deposit.

Your equipment and dates are not reserved until the deposit is paid.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

• Receive an order confirmation with your items and scheduled times.

• Receive a payment reminder before the remaining 60% is automatically charged one day before pickup.

• Receive a text reminder with pickup information and directions.

• Pick up your items at the scheduled time in Independence, Iowa, and enjoy your event!

• Receive a return reminder and return everything at your scheduled time.

RENTAL SCHEDULE

The listed price covers a rental of one, two, three, or four days. The price stays the same no matter which option you choose.

Pickup and return appointments are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

TUESDAY PICKUP

• Four-day weekend rental: Return Monday

Rentals longer than four days or appointments outside our regular hours may sometimes be accommodated for an additional charge. Special arrangements must be made by calling 319-332-2985.

Returning equipment early does not reduce the rental price.

BOOKING, PAYMENT, AND APPOINTMENT TIMES

Online booking closes five days before pickup. For a rental within five days, call 319-332-2985 to check availability and place a manual order.

Booking early is strongly recommended. Inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Items and dates are not reserved until the booking deposit has been successfully paid.

A 40% nonrefundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment. The deposit is applied toward your total rental cost and is not an additional fee. The remaining 60% will be automatically charged to the card on file one day before pickup.

If your event must be rescheduled because of weather or another unforeseen circumstance, we may be able to transfer your deposit to another available date. Rescheduling depends on availability and is not guaranteed.

Your scheduled pickup and return times are important. When you make a reservation, you are reserving both the equipment and a specific appointment time.

Please arrive during your scheduled pickup and return windows. Appointment times may sometimes be changed when requested in advance, depending on availability.

Arriving late or missing an appointment without advance communication may require rescheduling and may result in a late or missed-appointment fee. Late returns can also affect another customer’s reservation.

Payments are completed electronically. Cash and checks are not accepted. Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax.

Customers receive email and text reminders with appointment information and pickup directions.

CUSTOMER PICKUP - MOST AFFORDABLE OPTION

Customer pickup in Independence is the most affordable option because there are no delivery or setup charges.

Rental items will be brought to the curb and handed over to the customer.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Bringing an appropriate vehicle
• Bringing enough help
• Loading and unloading all equipment
• Properly securing equipment during transportation

Equipment may not be released if the vehicle or transportation method appears unsafe or inadequate.

DELIVERY AND SETUP

Delivery cannot be booked online. It must be arranged manually by calling 319-332-2985.

Delivery may be available for:

• Rental orders of at least $100 within Independence city limits, plus a delivery fee
• Rental orders of at least $300 outside Independence, plus a delivery fee

Delivery pricing and availability depend on the order size, distance, travel time, workers required, carrying distance, stairs, hills, elevation changes, uneven ground, narrow access, and other obstacles.

Standard delivery generally covers placement within approximately 45 feet of the delivery vehicle. Long carrying distances, stairs, difficult access, or other obstacles may cost extra. Equipment is not carried inside private homes.

Delivery does not automatically include setup. Table and chair setup may be available for an additional charge and must be arranged in advance.

IMPORTANT RENTAL DETAILS

Customers are responsible for all equipment from pickup or delivery until it is returned and inspected. This includes damage, loss, theft, misuse, and damage caused by guests, vendors, or other people.

Equipment must be used properly and protected from rain, standing water, mud, wind, and excessive moisture.

Items must be returned empty when applicable, reasonably clean, dry, and free of food, mud, tape, stickers, wax, decorations, adhesives, and debris.

Normal wear, light scratches, and a few accidentally missed cleaning spots are understandable and will not result in a fee. Additional charges may apply when equipment is returned excessively dirty or late.

Missing or seriously damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

The authorized pickup person must bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
