Customers are responsible for loading and transporting chairs. Please bring adequate help and a suitable vehicle.

For safety and access, customers may be asked to park on the street in front of the pickup location unless otherwise instructed.

Customers must arrive within their scheduled pickup window. Late arrivals may require rescheduling.

Cleaning Requirement

Chairs must be returned clean and free of food, tape, stickers, wax, decorations, or debris. A quick wipe-down with a damp cloth is usually sufficient.

Excessively dirty chairs may result in a cleaning fee.

Loss & Damage

Customers are responsible for all rented items from pickup until they are returned and inspected. Missing or damaged chairs may be charged at full replacement cost.
